Where do you deliver?

Currently, Oli Moon only delivers within the UK. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future, so stay tuned!

How much does delivery cost?

  • Standard Delivery: £3.99
  • Free Delivery: Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Since all our jewellery is handmade to order, please allow 3-5 working days for production. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times are typically 1-3 working days depending on your location.

What is the total estimated time from ordering to receiving my jewellery?

The total time is the production time (3-5 working days) plus the delivery time (1-3 working days). Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 4-8 working days after placing it.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

What happens if my order is delayed?

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, sometimes delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team at Hello@olimoonjewellery.com, and we will assist you promptly.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Hello@olimoonjewellery.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard delivery.
